Every membership helps to support Lena and her family

Under the duress of the war in Ukraine, the talented Lena Bardy has demonstrated her resilience and perseverance whilst creating the beautiful illustrations for our books and resources.

As a way to show our love, support, and appreciation to Lena, we are donating a portion of proceeds from each Superhero Club Membership.

  • $10 from every homeschool group, school/learning centre, and health service/professional membership.

  • $5 from each family membership.

This will help Lena care for herself and her families well-being during this challenging time. As well as assist her to support local organizations which are helping her fellow Ukrainians.

We are grateful to do so through our My Friend Breath resources, as well as in-person, and virtual author visits.

Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Upon purchasing a membership you will receive an email with the link to your onboarding form.

    2. Once this form has been completed, your membership page will be created by the MFB Team and access provided via email within 5-8 business days.

    3. You will then be provided with onboarding support by the MFB Team to set up for success with utilizing your membership.

  • Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date you are emailed your access details.

    Memberships are not set to auto renew, so when you are nearing the end of your membership, we will reach out to invite you to sign-up for another year.

  • On the onboarding form there are detailed instructions and the steps to follow for personalizing your webpage.

    You will be asked to provide an image that represents your homeschool group, such as a logo or group photo.

    Your personalized webpage is a private page so that only your group will have access via your own unique link.

  • No, families do not have to provide their email address to be able to access from home.

    They can easily access the personalized homeschool group membership page at home without any additional sign-up required.

    Their access is shared by the membership coordinator via email and/or QR code.

    💌 Please note:

    Members are given the option to sign-up to our members-only email list so that they can be directly receive special invites, updates, and discount offers.

    This information is also shared with the membership coordinator who can then pass it along to their members, so that anyone who isn’t subscribed to our list can also be informed.

  • Absolutely! Our My Friend Breath resources support and help amplify the mindful breathing and social-emotional components of other well-being programs.

    Our breathing patterns are especially easy to align with the emotions in the Zones of Regulation program.

    • For a business: sponsoring a membership can help enhance the business’s exposure and help to build positive relationships and enhance its reputation as a socially responsible entity.

    • For an individual: Sponsoring a membership will help children learn and practice mindful breathing and in doing so, lay the foundation for a lifetime of emotional resilience, self-awareness, and well-being for our next generation. Giving children the knowledge to navigate life's challenges with confidence, is a true ‘forever gift’.
